- Court is held on the first Thursday of each month in the Town Hall starting at 4:30 p.m. unless special set, please contact the Court Clerk with questions about your court date.
The Geraldine Municipal Court is the Judicial Branch of the governing body of the Town of Geraldine. The Court is part of the Alabama Unified Judicial System. The Municipal Court handles all traffic citations, municipal ordinance violations, and misdemeanor criminal arrests initiated by the Geraldine Police Department.

Payments can be made by check, cash, money order or certified check, debit or credit cards, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm.
