BUSINESS LICENSE APPLICATION
A business license is required If you are doing business within the Town Limits OR our police jurisdiction . Police jurisdiction extends 1 1/2 miles outside the town limits. The police jurisdiction rate is 1/2 of the normal license fee. This is in accordance with Alabama State law. Alabama Immigration Laws require that all new license and renewal applications from individuals and partnerships must include proof of citizenship. All license are due for renewal on January 1st each year. Penalties for late payment: Feb 1st 15% plus 1% interest, an additional 15% penalty after March 2 plus 1% interest per month thereafter. For more information you may also visit www.avenuinsights.com
